The purpose of this organization is to create a student group on campus for the organization Growth International Volunteers Excursions. This organization’s purpose is to inspire growth, empower the marginalized, and encourage sustainable change worldwide. We aim to create a community to raise awareness about these programs and to help fundraise and prepare the people who choose to go on these trips. We also want to create a student organization that is modeled after the mission of GIVE, which is one that is based on service and adventure. Ultimately, we want this student group to develop into a community service-based group that works passionately together on volunteer projects that benefit the community, as well as experiencing the adventure and outdoor activities that this world offers.
