JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform complex library activities on a regular basis (e.g., copy cataloging, bibliographic searching, etc.) requiring extensive knowledge of machine readable formats, database searching strategies and acceptable catalog copy; assists library patrons in locating information, requiring knowledge of basic reference sources; and/or supervises senior library assistants or library assistants, engaged in routine library activities.
