Last Chance to Register for Fit for Life – Starts Jan. 20

Join Fit for Life, formerly Faculty/Staff Exercise Program, and get the individual and small group attention you need while improving your goals at your own pace. This one-credit workshop is a perfect way for faculty, staff, students and adult family members to achieve the success they have been looking for in their personal health and fitness journey.

Employees and their eligible dependents may apply to use their tuition waiver benefit to cover the cost of this one credit-hour workshop. Workshops are held Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6-7 a.m., noon-1 p.m. and 5:30-6:30 p.m.  The spring session will be 12 weeks in duration and classes will begin Jan. 20.

New participants must complete a paper registration form. Returning Fit for Life participants will register on FlashLine. Fit for Life is listed under EXSC 23093.
