Any full-time employee between ages 16 and 70, working at least 30 hours a week and actively and continuously employed for a minimum of three months, except for vacations, normal non-working days and other absences totaling not more than five days, is eligible for the Guaranteed Issue voluntary life insurance program through New York Life.
