IM Play-Pass
Beginning Fall 2024, all patrons will need to purchase an Intramural Sports Play-Pass to be eligible to create or join an Intramural Sports team in any activity. The Intramural Sports Play-Pass, also referred to as the “IM Pass,” is a one-time purchase which grants the membership that is required to create or join a team on the .
- Semester Pass - $35 (allows participation in all activities for the current semester)
- Annual Pass - $60 (allows participation in all activities for the entire academic year)
Who is eligible to purchase an IM Play-Pass?
The following individuals are eligible to participate in Intramural Sports and can purchase an IM Play-Pass.
- Students currently enrolled in 5 or more credit hours at the Kent Campus of СƬƵ
- Students enrolled in less than 5 credit hours at the Kent Campus of СƬƵ *
- Faculty/staff at the Kent Campus of СƬƵ, which includes graduate assistants, and adjunct faculty/staff
- Students currently enrolled at a СƬƵ Regional Campus *
- Faculty/staff currently employed at a СƬƵ Regional Campuses *
* Students/faculty/staff must have an active Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC) membership before they will be eligible to purchase an IM Pass.

What will the IM Play-Pass allow you do to?
Create team for any upcoming intramural sports; or join an existing team for a current sport!
How many teams can I join once I’ve purchased the IM Play-Pass?
Participants are restricted to playing on 1 team per league, which typically means they can play on 2 teams per sport (1 single gender team, and 1 Co-Rec team)
Refund Policy
- Unless otherwise noted, all Intramural Sports Play-Pass sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for participants who have purchased an Intramural Sports Play-Pass.
- Once a participant has created or joined a team, and the date and time of their first scheduled game has passed (whether they competed in the game or not), the sale becomes solidified as non-refundable. As the expenses that are covered by the IM Pass (staff wages, equipment, field renovations, etc.) have already been applied.
