   2. Diploma Mailing Address: Please be sure to update your diploma mailing address to ensure that you receive your diploma.
3. Remove a Student Directory Restriction

Opening August 28 - October 9

Each graduate who RSVPs their attendance will be allocated 6 guest tickets, cross the stage, and have their name announced.

• Graduates who have missed the RSVP window can email graduate@kent.edu for assistance.

Each graduate who RSVP's to attend commencement will be allocated 6 guest tickets. Tickets will become available for download on November 13.

• A live simulcast of the ceremony will be available in the Student Center  for guests without tickets.

• Grad Fair will take place at the University Bookstore located at the Kent Campus Student Center. Stop in for a chance to win a raffle, purchase your cap and gown, and enjoy light refreshments. GradImages will be there to take headshots and cap and gown photos. Josten's will be available to assist with purchasing your announcements, class rings, and more!
  • Saturday, October 12 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Monday, October 14 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Unable to attend Grad Fair? Visit the University Bookstore during normal business hours or place your  by November 1.
  • The deadline for Doctoral regalia purchases is October 18, and the deadline for Doctoral rentals is November 1. 
• Reach out to the bookstore via email at SM8152@bncollege.com with any questions.

• ADA Accommodations: Contact University Events and Protocol at graduate@kent.edu if you will need assistance with ADA accessibility at the ceremonies.
• Ceremony Reporting details will be sent to graduates' С»ÆƬÊÓƵ emails prior to the ceremonies.

С»ÆƬÊÓƵ has partnered with Parchment Inc. to improve the diploma fulfillment process for graduates of С»ÆƬÊÓƵ. Upon final degree approval, the graduate’s diplomas will be fulfilled by Parchment.

• Your digital diploma will arrive approximately 4-5 weeks after commencement. Watch for an email notification.
  • Notification will be sent to your С»ÆƬÊÓƵ email.
  • Follow the link to set up your Parchment Digital credentials account.
  • Share and download your digital diploma as many times as you like.
• Paper diplomas will be mailed separately to your permanent address on file 7-10 days after you receive your digital diploma.
