Welcome to the Eastway Distribution Center. We manage all mail and package deliveries to students living in the residence halls. You can find us on the ground floor of the Eastway Center across from the Metro Deli.

Students can access their packages via our lockers 24/7.  Our distribution service desk is open M-F from 9am-8pm during the academic year and 10am-2pm during summer and winter break.

Below are some frequently asked questions we receive from our students.  We hope you find them helpful.

Where can I pickup my package/letter?

Residence hall students have 24/7 access to packages delivered to lockers located in the Eastway Distribution Center. Oversized, (packages that don’t fit in lockers), overflow packages, and mail can be picked up at the Eastway Distribution Center desk .  The distribution desk is located right next to the lockers (across from Metro Deli). The distribution desk is open between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday – Friday. 

What address do I use for my packages and mail?

To ensure timely delivery of your mail/package please make sure to address your orders with your name and full residence hall address, see example below

How do I know my package/mail is ready for pickup at the Eastway Center? 

You will receive an email from "noreply@sqbxmail.com" notifying you that your package and/or mail is ready for pickup. The email will include detailed pickup information. Please follow those directions when picking up your package/mail.

How do I transport heavy/large packages back to my dorm room?

You can check out a cart from your local area desk before you head over to pick up your package. 

Can all students use the Eastway Center package and mail distribution center?

The Eastway Distribution Center manages the distribution and delivery of residence hall student packages and mail therefore, only students living in the resident halls may use the Distribution Center.

I see there are Amazon lockers located in the Eastway Center, can all students use the Amazon lockers?

The Amazon lockers are managed by Amazon and can be used by all students.  Please visit for information about the Amazon locker.

I received a notification from a seller that my package/mail has been delivered. How do I pick it up?

Delivery notifications by a seller (i.e., Walmart, Amazon) means your package/mail has been dropped off at the Eastway Center but we have not processed it yet.

We will notify you via email once your package and/or mail has arrived and is ready for pickup.  The email will include detailed  pickup information. Please follow those directions when picking up your package/mail.

How do I contact the Eastway Distribution Center if I have a question about a package or letter mail?

You can visit the Eastway Distribution Center located in the Eastway Center, 1375 Eastway Drive Kent,OH 44243 across from the Metro Deli between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday – Friday. Our Summer/Holiday hours are 10am-2pm. We look forward to helping you.
