С»ÆƬÊÓƵ concluded its first week of fall classes with a series of events designed to welcome students back to campus.KSU Kickoff continued with Late Night at the Library. Students socialized over free pizza and Handel's ice cream while enjoying a live DJ, dance party, games and giveaways.The festivities extended to the Beverly J. School's Out Adventures

Recreation and Wellness Services invites you to register a kid in your life for KSU Adventure Center School's Out Adventures. Kids will spend their day learning about themselves, others, and nature doing things like rock climbing, teambuilding, high ropes, making crafts, shooting archery, kayaking in our pool, and more! Activities will be age-appropriate (K-5th graders welcome) and hands-on. Bring a swimsuit, towel, lunch, and snacks.

Our voices count. Engagement and Well-Being survey opens in September

The campus climate at С»ÆƬÊÓƵ shapes the lives of all of us. Understanding the varied experiences of our community is a critical part of improving how we work toward a more inclusive and equitable campus environment. The Engagement and Well-Being Survey will allow us to better understand our learning, living and working environments. All С»ÆƬÊÓƵ faculty, staff and students are encouraged to take the survey that opens in September. Lillian Kuri, BS ’93, BArc ’94

Lillian Kuri, BS ’93, BArc ’94, Cleveland, OH, was elected the 10th president and CEO of The Cleveland Foundation Board of Directors, effective Aug. 1, 2023. Kuri was promoted to the newly created position of executive vice president and chief operation officer at the foundation in March 2021. A year earlier, she was elevated to senior vice president for strategy for her work on the planning and design of the foundation’s new home in Midtown at the corner of Euclid Avenue and East 66th Street.
