Creative Coaching
(Mad Dogg Spinning Continuing Education Certification Workshop)
The purpose of the Creative Coaching workshop is to provide you with answers to your training questions so that you can help students and clients achieve better fitness. Participants will learn the fundamentals of creating course designs for Spinning classes by using the four Ps: population, purpose, planning and progression. This workshop will also give you creative ideas that you will be able to use immediately in your Spinning classes.
