Eight Weeks of Campus Race to Zero Waste

Over an eight-week period in February and March, universities across the United States and Canada compete to see who can recycle the most, who can produce the least amount of waste and more. Schools track the amount of recycling, food organics, and trash collected each week and are in turn ranked in various categories: Per Capita Recycling; Diversion; Zero Waste; and Food Organics. There are also special competition categories including: Electronics Recycling; GameDay Basketball; Race to Zero Waste - One Building Challenge; Green Events; Clean-Up Event; and Case Study Competition. Everyone鈥檚 actions to recycle and minimize waste at 小黄片视频 divert thousands of pounds of waste from landfills, protect the environment, and conserve natural resources.
