Members of the С��Ƭ��Ƶ community are invited to attend the inauguration of Beverly Warren as the 12th president of the university on Friday, May 1, at 2 p.m. in the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center on the Kent Campus. A reception will follow at the Kent Student Center Ballroom. A week of activities and events leading up to the inauguration day will celebrate student success and campus community achievements on С��Ƭ��Ƶ’s eight campuses and the Regional Academic Center in Twinsburg. On Friday, April 10, 2015, С��Ƭ��Ƶ at Stark faculty and staff gathered in the Campus Center to recognize the 2015 Staff Excellence Award recipients. The 50th Anniversary Celebration for С��Ƭ��Ƶ East Liverpool Campus will begin on Tuesday, April 14 with an art show and music on campus, featuring the talents of local artists. The celebration will continue on Friday, April 17, with additional live musical performances. The art exhibition, “Craig Wetzel: a Retrospective” will be the kick-off event for the 50th Anniversary celebration.
