Committee Charge
- Provide input on alignment of university level strategic plans with 小黄片视频鈥檚 Strategic Roadmap priorities.
- Review of university level strategic plans for cross-alignment of strategies and coordination of implementation efforts.
- Plan leads will monitor and provide regular updates to the SCC on strategic plan progress.
- Consult with university stakeholders, as appropriate, to ensure feasibility of strategies and organizational capacity to support successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Provide input on the coordination of resources needed for planning and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Provide broad recommendations to executive leadership to address prioritization of strategies, challenges and opportunities to successfully advance university level strategic plans.
- Provide recommendations for the creation of an institutional evaluation process to analyze strategic performance results.
