The University Diversity Action Council (UDAC) of 2021-2022 consisted of four committees: Consultation, Climate Study, Staff and Student. Each of these committees worked on proposals that address diversity, equity, and inclusion on various topics which were presented to leadership. The Consultation committee comprised of faculty and staff who volunteered to receive equity and consulting training to assist university members on their DEI projects. The Consultation committee is working with three different units from С»ÆƬÊÓƵ on projects that would integrate or expand diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in their work and/or area.
