When she walked across the stage at commencement on Dec. 16, Terrie Harris realized a dream more than 25 years in the making. Life intervened often during Harris’ educational journey, but thanks to С»ÆƬÊÓƵ’s regional campus system a diploma was finally hers in December. 

С»ÆƬÊÓƵ students braved the extremely cold temperatures and below zero wind chills on their way to their classes.

Addressing the problems of a changing society, such as mental health, is a foundational value at С»ÆƬÊÓƵ, which also offers a number of resources to support students, faculty, staff and the community.

After experiencing dating violence in high school, Rhylee Shepherd turned her pain into a teaching opportunity for her peers through the Know Your Worth project.

С»ÆƬÊÓƵ's founding president was born on Jan. 8, 1867. His tireless dedication to the institution and its students is reflected in innovations that continue to propel С»ÆƬÊÓƵ forward today. 

Members of the Fall Class of 2023 participated in the Karamu Ya Wahitimu/Celebración De Los Graduados pre-commencement ceremony.

С»ÆƬÊÓƵ President Todd Diacon delivered the Fall 2023 Commencement address and told the graduates to demonstrate their value with patience and gentleness.
