In this program, participants will learn the balance between accountability, responsibility and authority, understand the five types of trust and steps to achieve them and learn the basics of mediation as a team leader.

Change is indispensable to progress and progress comes only with change. Resistance to change prevents great new ideas from being created and impedes organizational growth. Most of us prefer to organize day-to-day activities in a predictable, routine manner. However, change – not stability – is the natural order of things in today’s business environment. Thus, organizations need to build in change, as well as stability, to facilitate innovation as well as efficiency.

To manage change effectively, a manager must understand the change process and be able to identify his or her personal role in any successful transition. In this program, participants will learn to recognize resistance to organizational change and learn how to overcome it. Participants will gain an understanding of and develop in their role as a change agent. In addition the participants will identify strengths and opportunities in their change management approach.

In this program the facilitator provides a practice-based approach to assist participants in learning coaching skills. The focus is on techniques for coaching soft skills competencies.

Lean Office is an initiative that utilizes Value Stream Mapping, workplace teams and office-based Kaizen projects to greatly shorten business process lead times and drastically reduce wastes commonly found within office functions. This program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge to facilitate the leadership and implementation of Lean Office and to build a culture of continuous improvement.
