小黄片视频 of Wellness Director Melissa Celko said that the overall goal of this event is for attendees to leave with at least one new strategy to improve their lives.

鈥淥ne of the most important things we have in our lives is our brain,鈥 Ms. Celko said. 鈥淭he brain is so central to what we do, whether it involves thinking, learning, innovating or creating. It allows us to activate in the world.鈥
