The Kent Student Center Post Office has temporarily moved its services from its office on the first floor of the Kent Student Center to the FLASHcard Office on the lower level of the Kent Student Center for the next two weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Students, staff and faculty can still drop off prepaid and stamped outgoing mail with proper postage, including absentee ballots, in the outgoing mail collection slot by the first floor elevators in the Kent Student Center.
If you do not have proper postage, you can purchase stamps at the FLASHcard Office and then drop off your mail at the FLASHcard Office or by the first floor elevators in the Kent Student Center. The FLASHcard Office is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Starting Oct. 20, a U.S. Postal Service drop-off and collection box will be added to the FLASHcard Office.
You may also purchase stamps, send outgoing mail and receive additional assistance at the Kent Post Office, located at 626 Franklin Ave. in Kent. Customer service is available from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Kent Post Office is closed on Sundays.
Please note that mail will be postmarked the following day for mail dropped off at the Kent Student Center.
Contact the FLASHcard Office at 330-672-2273 or flashcard@kent.edu with any additional questions.
