Join Beth Michel, recreation program officer with the Student Recreation and Wellness Center, as she leads us on a walk and talk on Tuesday, July 11, from noon to 1 p.m. Michel will offer useful tips on how to get the most from your walking time using a variety of tricks and tips from her experience as a certified trainer.
Walk and talks are a great opportunity to get some exercise, meet your co-workers and learn about and see more of the beautiful campus. Each walk and talk is worth 10 wellness points toward your Tier Two totals for those participating in the Wellness Your Way incentive program.
Meet at the black squirrel statue between University Library and the Kent Student Center at noon. The walk will begin promptly at 12:10 p.m. No registration is required. Comfortable shoes are encouraged.
If you have questions, you may contact Kim Hauge, director of employee wellness, at 330-672-7505 or wellness@kent.edu.
