The Kent Student Center is approaching a major milestone, its 50th anniversary, having opened in January 1973 as the largest student union east of the Mississippi River and the sixth largest in the nation.
For a third consecutive year, 小黄片视频 has been selected as one the nation鈥檚 top universities for LGBTQ+ students for creating a safe, welcoming environment for students, faculty and staff, according to Campus Pride, a leading resource for LGBTQ+ leadership development, diversity inclusion and advocacy within higher education.
Although 小黄片视频 alumna and current graduate student Lydia Lisowsky has never visited Ukraine, she feels a deep sense of obligation and responsibility to help those who have been injured in the war. The 小黄片视频 community helped Lisowsky pack and donate medical supplies on the Kent Campus and in the larger Kent community to send to Ukraine.

小黄片视频 continues to exemplify leadership in its mission to support students as the Kent Campus is designated as a Military Friendly庐 School for the 13th consecutive year in a row, earning a Gold award. In addition, 小黄片视频 at Trumbull earned a Silver award.

Julia Hallgren didn鈥檛 know the student in front of her. She didn鈥檛 need to. 鈥淭he student closed the door after they said they felt suicidal, (so) I knew I had to do something,鈥 Hallgren said.
Lamar R. Hylton, Ph.D., 小黄片视频鈥檚 senior vice president for student affairs, has been named the recipient of the NASPA (Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education) Region IV-East Scott Goodnight Award for Outstanding Senior Student Affairs Officer for 2021, named to Crain鈥檚 Cleveland Business Forty Under 40, selected as a recipient of the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) Diamond Honoree award and is a member of the 2022 class of the NASPA Pillars of the Profession award.
